see my best friend more often

Although we have different lives and see each other only 1 maybe 2 a year, she is the one person who really “gets” me. I never laugh harder then when I am with her. Cheers to you toots!

Seen her this weekend. Got to talk and catch up and I will be doing more of this. We are going to try to get a routine together!

I text’d her and hopefully her and I can catch up a bit over the weekend.

Time changes people, the last time I seen her she was riding on 4 wheelers and shooting off guns. She is not a girly girl anymore.

I have been friends with my gf for years and it just seems like every year the distance grows much bigger. This needs to stop.

The other day i called my friend Carter because we hadn’t talked in a while. Suddenly, after we had traded all the good gossip happening in each of our towns and schools, he said ” Okay, I dont care if you get me anything for Christmas, Im getting you a nintendo DS”

I was in a state of shock, no lie. My mom hates pretty much all handheld devices, so plans were already forming in my head. He then said that he was getting me a Pokemon game, the one thing that my mom hates more.

Also, he said that he was going to deliver it personally so that it wouldn’t get into the wrong hands.

Pretty much all throughout the conversation all I could manage was a ” yep. okay” because my mind was numb from all the new info.

Now I have to think of what to get him to match his awesome gift. all I can say is come one time, speed up a little for me!

I spend about 2 weeks at my friends plce during the summer holidays. we grew together more closely and are now planning to go camping during the autumnholidays!

My stupid best friend carter moved away to Cuba,NY and now I only get to see him about every 10 months or so, or when we both go to camp to gether. Most of it is his falt, but from no on the minute he invites me I’m takin the offer.
