Assessing Progress 2 months ago

During the month of August I walked between three and six miles a day most days (this was relatively easy to do as a tourist on vacation! grin).

In the next few weeks – not later than the first of October – I will set up a new & more detailed version of this goal. I’ve decided I want to work toward a specific number of miles per month for the rest of the year 2009. smile
