i got to bed easily by 11 but missed the alarm clock and got up at 8 really, now i’m oversleepy. grumble.

I am doing the august challenge at least in my journal.
I am going to get closer to this goal by downshifting a half an hour.. i will go to bed by 11:30 and be up by 7:30 at 6 days a week at least, all month.
I need to start slow… but i’ve been getting to sleep by 12:30 most nights and gettin gup at 7:30 which makes me a little cranky.. makes me overeat… gives me a sullen attitude and i spend more money. all from undersleeping.

there is this problem i have when i’m home and i get on the internet after work.
i think i need to institute a new system.
i think i need to make dinner and do dishes before i can get online.
