take a trip by train

How I did it: Saturday morning

(August 26th) @ 7:30am my alarm goes off I try to compel myself to get

up and get ready for work. Sue whispers in my ear I have good news and


I have bad news I get pissed and say What now?  She


says The good news is you dont have to go to work but we have to leave

here by 8:45am. I said to her What are you talking about I open! She

says No I arrange for Stephanie to work a double. I said She cant do


that this is a busy day for us, I cant let her do that. Some how I gave

in, probably because I knew no matter what I would lose especially

since she informed me that if anyone in the store saw me they had


instructions to kick me out and send me home! We slowly got ready since

I hate mornings! And we got in the car the whole morning I kept asking


herWhat should I were? Should I pack anything? The whole time she said

It doesnt matter wear whatever but you might want your camera. We drove

out to the Rockside Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad stop. We pulled

into the driveway and she told me our plans and how everything came

into play! She had arrange with the help of a few GREAT friends

(Karryn, Stephanie, Jay Will, Tome-A.K.A Amanda) to get me the day off


of work and help get a 7 hour train ride to and from Akron all along

the Metro parks. It was so beautiful. On the way down we moved seats to

be alone and to spread out. She hands me this note (We have always


written love notes to one another to help express how we feel) telling

me what I mean to her and about our relationship and our future! The

whole time Im crying! She leans over and hands me this beautiful Moon


& Stars wooden box and tells me its for the ring I used to wear

(our Promise ring/fake wedding ring). I put the ring in the box then

she shows me my engagement ring! She puts it on me and I say to her You


didnt ask me she says in a quite voice with this huge smile Will you

marry me? I said Of course I will. We kiss and enjoy the rest of the

trip. I still cant believe we are engaged I keep getting lost in the

ring, its so beautiful!!!



 


Why August 26th,


because it is our 3 year, 3 month, 3 day anniversary. My favorite

number is 333! Its cheesy, but its romantic to us!!!
