    I had an hour long massage at work today. My neck was so sore I thought I might have to go home but the therapist was scheduled to be onsite and I signed myself up. I am very glad I did despite the “I’m too busy for massages” comment from a coworker.

    I’m getting a bit OVER-pampery if anything. I’m sure I’ll have times in the future when I’ll need to come back to this, but I’m not sure how much more pampering I can take at this point.
