Only at nature is possible to feel yourself really good.
Autumn walks are beautiful and there are no insects.
How to enjoy Nature
How I did it: It was during the summer holidays while the kids were off school and i thought of camping as an alternative to going on the usual holiday where you spend a fortune which you cant afford and the kids think money grows on trees! And to be truthful those holidays were never fulfilling. So, i invested in a good tent and searched around for the bits and bobs you need for camping. I found the most gorgeous spot to camp on and we have went there nearly every weekend since.
Lessons & tips: Search for campgrounds which are quite near toilets.(You can normally get fresh running cold water from there) Take as much food as can stay fresh in a cool box. take plenty older and warm clothes. bed socks. Definately take a midge repellant and make sure you have plenty petrol in the car. Dont go too far from home for your first camp. ps....dont forget the toilet roll !!!!!
Resources: I searched for the cheapest deals in camping gear. Many of the superstores sell these and you dont have to go to a camping specialist.

I worked at a provincial park last summer, and was basically up to my neck in nature for two months. It was one of the best experiences of my whole life. To step outside and see so much life everywhere. To be isolated from the noisy cars, the lights, the pollution and all the general chaos was amazing. I was happy all the time , and I felt as if I was connected with everything.
The joy I felt at seeing something as simple as a mayfly, or to just sit there and stare at a sunset or the stars, or even the patterns in a leaf.
I miss it so much
i’m in nature…surrounded by beauty, fresh air, soothing and awe-inspiring sites i’m like a little kid again…skipping and bouncing. nature takes me back to my best childhood memories and i’m in my happiest place.
I’ve always lived in small towns until I was 20, when I moved out from my parents house to ‘the big city’. Well, it’s not that big, but it has everything I need: enough cool places for shopping, going out and… most of my friends live here, too. But now, since I’m on a scholarship, I found that I miss nature. Every day I travel by bus through a beautiful part of nature, and now I realise how much I’ve missed that. So my plan for this summer is to go there and ride around on my bike to enjoy the beauty of mother earth!
Went down to Fort Fisher today – a civil war site at the tip of Cape Fear that is gorgeous. Just took it in and practiced breathing – the sun was shining, the sky was blue, air cool. That is just so rejuvinating – it must be done regularly to stay in touch with what matters!
