Last week I found out about a 3-hour course on souffles, so I jumped at the chance to work on this goal. I felt more comfortable after the course, having a better understanding of tips to make my attempts more successful. I was inspired enough by the class that I invited friends over the next night for a dinner party with a chocolate souffle as the finale. It turned out great!
I won’t exactly be making them often since they’re not exactly Weight Watchers friendly, but I’m happy I know how and I won’t hesitate to do more. 2 years ago
