get methodical about cooking

And I’m doing so much of it now, that I feel I can retire this. I’m not through thinking of myself as a newbie, however, or as an experimenter in this field. I still am stumped when, all of a sudden, I have to produce a meal. But now I’m closer to knowing where to look, knowing where to go, for solutions.

although, I must admit, in the heat, I stopped. But I intend to get going again, more than ever. I have compiled a bunch of recipes, mostly printed off the internet or ripped out of a magazine, and want to compile those into a loose-leaf binder so they’ll be organized. And then try each one, throw out the ones that don’t work, change a recipe so that it *does work, etc. Get rolling on this!! It’s very exciting!
