knit a purse

now that I know how to knit cables, I really want to make this cute cabled bag from Drops! I’ve had the yarn for more than a year now, lurking in my stash. Will cast on after the WIPs pile is a bit smaller. :)

Picked up a leather wrist strap at Stitches East. I recently had to buy a new purse and it was really difficult. I want small, and could only find too small or too big. Guess I will have to start looking into this harder.

I only want a wrist bag, but one with a little compartment for my cell and maybe a slip for cards. I know, picky picky. I can wait though for the right pattern to come along.
