sew some curtains

I didn’t exactly sew the curtains. But I do now have curtains. I bought some curtains last weekend. They are a shimmery sand color with randomly placed gray, black and burnt sienna polka dots on them. I LOVE THEM! They match the colors of the rest of the house, yet have a touch of whimsy. I put them up yesterday and I keep saying wow. I love you curtains.

My house is so neutral. It need color. I am thinking about having really bright curtains to liven it up some. Like turquoise. I am in love with turquoise right now.

Okay, so I bought this house in February and it has a lot of windows which is great because I LOVE natural light in a house, however, it is not very conducive to walking around in any stage of undress since I live in new subdivision and the houses are rather close together without any grown shrubbery (SHRUBBERY!) to block one house from the other (breath) so anyway, I need to make some curtains to block from say shoulder height down but still let in the light.
