Yeah, not complete, but I am feeling optomistic so we’ll just say that it’s a done deal.
My parents were married for 32 years, The time when we were young was tough because they married young, had four kids right off the bat and didn’t have much, but as the years went by their love grew, sometimes the growing pains were aweful, and sometimes it was the growing pains of four teenagers adding to the stress, or even shrinking budgets. I remember alot of love, laughter, and most of all stability. We knew mom and dad were there for the long run. I was lucky to know my parents as friends in my adulthood, but tradgically my father died due to a brain tumor two years ago. I now build my marriage in their shadow. Build stability for my daughter. Not just as a membrance to their love, but because I KNOW it’s worth it.
