I got some organic green tea and it tastes great!
I don’t have any sugar, but I don’t think I need it.
I bought a teapot and I’ve been drinking tea every other day or so, but I don’t want it to stain my teeth, so I usually drink it before I brush. It’s also helping me get my 64 oz of water,
two goals in one! maybe i should drink it after Yoga… make it three

I have been scouting the internet for recipes of healthy tea. Especially green tea, which I have been told boosts the immune system. also the herbal teas helpful in common ailments like cold and flu.
I did find some sites with a comprehensive list of recipes like the ones below:

I have found some easy to make recipes that are quick and refreshing.

Ok, first day of this goal. I’m kinda tired tonight and I still need to do some work, so the tea of choice for today will be some English Breakfast Tea with a ton of sugar. I really like the taste of this type of tea. It’s spicy while still sweet.

I’m drinking blackberry black tea. It’s delicious and strong. Also, I’m eating an egg sandwich and making those who are reading this hungry. haha

I am trying to lose weight. Recently I’ve lost myself to latent depression and gained weight back that hasn’t been known to my body for 6 years. I now weight almost 300 pounds (actually 285). This much weight sounds like a lot, and don’t get me wrong, it is, BUT I am 5 foot eleven inches tall. I’m well proportioned, but yes 300 pounds is a lot. I recently was cast in a broadway musical as a “Who” in Seussical the Musical, which is basically a chorus part, but then again I am proud and happy.
Although, I am very heavy and am having trouble doing the dances. Garg, I know they cast me for my large proportions because it’s quirky-I am a great singer too-but it’s disheartening to know that I am back to a weight I couldn’t fathom ever being again!
So besides taking a very heavy Psychology class I am also going to rehearsal for 5 hours a day. I am bound to lose weight by being in such a busy routine, plus, I am starting to drink green tea. I love it. I haven’t had an ounce of coffee since the first part of the year and I am optimistic that if I keep going to the YMCA and swimming plus dancing in rehearsal and eating subway sandwiches as much as I can, I will lose weight. Yay!

I’m definitely drinking a lot more, several cups a day. I’m going to keep learning about tea – I really enjoy drinking it!

I like mine straight up, no cream or sugar! And why not drink it?!? If you pick a decaf tea, you’re not only getting water that your body needs, but also antioxidants and phytochemicals that are good for you, too!

Tea is one of my favorite drinks now. I drink it without even realizing and it has become as constant as my drinking water. I am now drinking both green tea and an herbal medical tea which has helped me lose weight with a good diet :D
