And if you are in a store to buy wine and it all costs less than $20…it is okay to buy the most expensive one, even if it is under priced.

And if the wine is on sale but would cost more than $20.00, that’s okay

and when you are visiting the beach in Florida and it’s 25 degrees F…you can drink anything you want.

and at friends’ houses wine doesn’t count.

My ONLY “new years resolution” is to only drink wine that costs at least $20.00 a bottle (including tax). I’m so cheap I can’t imagine that this won’t curb my substituting wine for water after long runs.

You guys and your cheers…getting me in trouble. I went out for a little wine after finishing my last class on Thursday. (One semester to go and then the MA will be MINE!)

And after a couple or so glasses, we went to our departmental Christmas fete, late, and the department is really straight laced and they were doing a serious ceremony and we were wearing save the tatas t shirts and so on….

But it is not what you think. So far I’ve only opened one bottle of wine and things did not go too smoothly as I managed to break the corkscrew on the bottle of wine. I was able to finally open the bottle of wine with a knife by slowly raising and chipping away at the cork but it was less than desirable way of opening a bottle of wine.

No cheers on my last entry to hold off on wine for a couple of weeks…so…well…without that level of encouragement…and we were out having a nice dinner…and my husband ordered it…yep…I do like a glass of wine with dinner, even if it is before the 18th. Oh well.

That’s right. I’m going to hold off (no wine)until 12/19. I can do that. Sure.

Wine is good if it is drink with parsimony.

And I’m thinking I’ll go for it, but only a sip so that I don’t get drunk. And after having that sip, I won’t drive for an hour.

I do this often and try many kinds…my new quirky favorite is pink fiddle!
