i need to eat healthier food than i do. i tend to resort to fast food for comfort, and that really needs to stop.



I absolutely feel a difference when I eat well 2 years ago

Energy is much higher.



I don't want to lose weight 2 years ago

Well, I would like to, of course. But I want to eat better to feel better, have more energy, be healthy. I’m never going to have the body I did when I was 18. But if I feel healthy and lose a few pounds too, great.

I’m trying to watch my portion sizes, not eat “just because,” drink more water, get more fruits and vegetables and less garbage.I’ve been drinking the Oprah smoothie each morning…a banana, frozen strawberries and a cup of chocolate soy milk. It tastes like a milkshake.

I need to stop eating all fast food, red meat, and less startch. cut back on sugars ALOT. Eat more fresh veggies, more water and less soda.

well i’ve got breakfast and lunch down, but i really need to do something about dinner. no more potatoes! or less.

- cut down on sugar (no soft drinks, no coffee because of the sugar, less candy & champagne

- no late night drunken hungry jacks!

- only one serving at dinner

- less chips!!!
