I have an arthritic right knee, I had osteo condritis desacan when I was a teenager and my knee got all messed up. Lately I have been putting aside the excuses that my knee always tries to provide me with and have been doing yoga, trying to increase bloodflow to that area. I have made an appointment to see Dr. Richard Steadman, who is a pretty well known knee doctor, and have been taking glucosimine to help it as well. My knee is feeling ok but can sometimes still be achy, I really think that taking care of your knees/joints is a great thing to do for now and for the future as well. :)

I just made an appt. to see Dr. Steadman, of the Steadman Hawkins clinic about my knee. This place is considered one of the best places in the world for knees. I feel very fortunate that I was able to get an appt. there. :)
oK, I’ve been massaging and strengthening them every day for 2 months now… and it’s getting better! I vow to keep on top of my muscle imbalances from now on and not be a hypochondirac thinking I’m getting arthritis all the time.
