like my boss

I decided the simple solution to this is, I’m just going to like everybody, no matter who they are and no matter what kind of impression they make on me. I go home and make fun of my boss and that doesn’t make me any cooler, and I complain that she doesn’t appreciate me which doesn’t make me a better worker, and it’s all just pointless. I had a conversation with her today and she’s a very pleasant person, she has her faults but who doesn’t? I’m done with negativity.

So I dyed my hair red yesterday and I went in to work today and my boss said, “Did you do something red?” or something and I nodded and she pointed at her own hair which she dyes and said, “See what an influence I am!” And I knew she was gonna say that and I had worked out in advance a ton of different ways to handle it when she did, but in the end she said it and I just rolled my eyes at her. And then screamed in my head, “Noooo, Molly, noooo!” Just couldn’t make myself laugh and say “Yeah, you’re my hero” or something…

I sucked up later and told her I liked her jacket though. =P So all is not lost. I just can’t bring myself to like her, though…

was actually joking around with her today… might just be because I’m so excited to be going away on vacation next week and getting away from her though. so I won’t count that. :P will keep trying, though.
