Fun! but you have to avoid standing next to the kiddies (she attracts lots of ‘em) who’d rather entertain themselves with their clever conversation than listen to the artist…. Hope she keeps making music!

I definitely cried the two times I saw her. Once during “I know” in Seattle and then during “Sullen Girl” (which is my favorite song!!!) in Santa Barbara. She is absolutely fabulous!

I bought the Seattle tickets two weeks before the concert and I thought they would be nose-bleed (that’s what the concert hall map on the website showed)... but when I showed up, I was sitting RIGHT in front of her piano in these temporary seats that they had set up for over-flow! I about DIED!

i am seeing her in a tiny brooklyn venue this Saturday! i bought the tickets from someone who couldn’t use them anymore, and i am so excited! i need this right now.

She was absolutely dazzling. I’d been waiting YEARS to see her in the flesh, and her performance was worth every second of anticipation. She has such a contagiously giddy, overwhelmingly spirited stage presence.

(For $15, I saw her with Nickel Creek. She played Extraordinary Machine, Oh Well, Limp, Criminal, PAPER BAG, Fast As You Can, and a few lovely covers. WONDERFUL WOMAN.)

rainy, snowy night, and Fiona was
unleashed, artistic flurry, so watchable
and sounding husky even in the unfilled
stadium, the music was had a lot more depth,
live onstage with a great group of guy back up
musicians, than just listening to her music
through the ear buds…it took on a whole new level…

“shadow boxer” was creamy, “hungry” was hypnotic, and
“criminal” was down right dirty…

Glad this goal came true… it swept me off my feet—xojk

this is going to happen tommorrow in my back yard,
the tickets for $16.00, unheard of,
taking a girl friend who loves music like i do,

Saw Fiona Apple live at the Joint in Las Vegas, this was around 2000. She played like she owned the place. Quite a bit of talent for such as young gal (she must have been around 21 years old at the time).
