I went on the kraftfoods.com website and started adding recipes to my recipe box from the Healthy Living section. This of course after my best friend bought me a Bailey’s Irish Cream cake to celebrate my boyfriend and I finally breaking up. And then, I stayed at his house last night. Long story short: setbacks. I have to compensate. Ick!
I realized that the older I get and whenever I’m about to have my period, I get depressed or easily irritated. I wonder if my hormonal imbalance requires medication or worst case anti-depressiva. This is so weird.
Been mentally and physically exhausted the last days. My colleague even asked me if I’m alright.
My diet is like a rollercoaster. There are times where I just eat like a pig and gain weight or sometimes I just skip my lunch and only grab a coffee to go or if I’m in a mood a sandwich and cookies.
I forgot my glasses at home in Asia and my eyes are getting blurred again. I should better go to the optician and order a new pair.
My colleague observed that my hand was shaking while I was eating my chocolate mousse. I guess I really need to lessen my coffee consumption.
My lifestyle lately is far from being healthy. Like today, my blood pressure was nearly exploding. I almost shouted at a colleague on the phone, had an argument with a client per email and had to refrain myself from being hot-tempered to him.
While fighting with these guys, I had to instruct orders to Seattle, Athens and Lagos. Phone calls, emails and fax letters were all shouting from every corner.
I am actually proud of being on top of all these people, but sometimes I feel like being burned out. I was so busy that I forgot that I have been actually bitten by a bee on my leg.
And the pain was suddenly striking after I left office.
I got to the habit of drinking 1 liter of water and green tea everyday.
