Cooked up some coconut curry. And with a real coconut. I think I’m going to stick to the cans from now on.

Actually, I hope that drinking the coconut will be the signal that my Thai noodles are in the pan and I’m letting them simmer. I’ve never cooked with coconut milk before and not sure why.
