So far I have talked to our Small Business and Industry Center. I am working on a business plan so that I can get SBA funding. I have met with a graphics designer to do my logo. I am meeting with a photographer next week to take pictures of things I make so that I can use on my website and for marketing materials. I am meeting with an attorney next week to discuss forming an LLC or some other type of business that protects me from personal liability. I’ve been baking like a crazy woman… trying out different recipes to determine what I will offer. My goal is to quit my full time job and open my bakery by next Februrary.
