10 yr. high school reunion is coming up in 2 months. Would feel great and look better if I committed to slim 6 days a week for 6 weeks. Then I will be ready and wanting to run again!

I keep meaning to dig out the slim in 6 program that’s been rotting with the rest of the exercise dvds and actually complete it. I usually do a couple of days then give up. Pretty pathetic I know. But with now 20lbs to lose, if I don’t actually stick to something soon I’m going to see my weight balloon. And I really can’t afford a whole new wardrobe right now!
Finished this up a couple weeks ago actually.
Only lost three .lbs. and a couple of inches but better than nothing right!
Going on to the the Slim Series now.
OK, I’m starting today with the FAST and will start the actual program on Friday so good luck and God bless to everyone in this right now
ok…i’ve just done my first work out…being overly ambitious i went straight to ramp it up….i failed to complete the workout though….but still, it’s a start
Got in six work outs. Actually had to substitue walking for the 4th and 5th but managed to walk 16 miles total.
Didn’t eat too bad either.
