learn about wines

I went to several Wineries and vineyards in Canada and started my education. I Love the Ice Wine !

I am trying our product. They are lovely wines. This was a good choice:).

I must say that if I stay employed where I am, this is a good choice. I took an administrative position at a Winery – Inn. In my present job I never have to serve wine, but I could do it properly if I had to. I never sell or have to discuss wines other than our own. And the info is readily available.

I needed sales experience for this year, so I decided to take a position as a wine advisor, and got all the education and wine that I wanted!

How wines were made was explained to me by the maker guy and I learned about ice wine especially.

1) purchase and read this book: The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Wine Basics
2) find a wine-tasting class or event to attend

Especially after listening to the one woman’s (forgot her name) description of why she is into wine. That was deep.
