laugh at something completely unfunny

i over-laughed to a crappy joke a person i knew said. just to let them know that repeating the same crappy joke over and over again just wasnt funny.

Or maybe I was just hearing something else.

I actually do this more often than I’d like to admit. This happened best when I watched the first few minutes of the movie “Goof Troop” when I was working at a daycare facility.

There was one part of the movie that I found very hilarious (can’t remember now, I’ll have to watch it again), and I started laughing. Nearly every child in that classroom turned and stared at me, saying “Why are you laughing? That wasn’t funny!”

But then again, I don’t remember any of the other staff in the room laughing at it either. Maybe it was a joke made just for me. 4 years ago
