Finding a University that offers this...

I am hoping to find something here in Germany (Munich) since that is where I live and Germany is the home of printing. It shouldn’t be as difficult as it seems to be… Munich is 2nd to NYC for publishing houses so there should be places around here to further my knowledge.
I have bound my own books and enjoy making blank books – I need to work on filling them now. With paintings, with drawings, with any random ephemera that seems fitting.
When I was a kid I would ‘bind’ my own books with folded paper and staples and give them to anyone willing to accept them. This fascination has not ended.
