see my best friends more often

Last month I was fortunate enough to attend the wedding of my best friends’ older sister. It was a glorious week or craziness, including a fantastic bachelorette party, family MADNESS and the best filet mignon I’ve EVER had.

I still talk to my best friend almost daily, whether by phone, chat, email or text – but to finally be able to see her after a year was great. It’s so hard living that far away, but Chicago is a great city to go visit. Plus I got to meet her new roommate, and she was awesome. Good times were had by all. Oh, and Halloween costumes! THAT was fun. I wish I’d taken more pictures of us all decked out, though.

i got like many friends but 2 of them are super close to me. i’ve known willow since 7 years..she’s such a good listener and the best in keeping secrets she never hide stuff from me i love her to death. Tom, is my bestfriend aswell he’s like my soul mate i’ve known him since 1-2 years he’s a good guy and he cares about me alot and i love him so much. i see those two everyday and i just hope to stay with them till the end of our lives and be there for them when they need me.

i wonder… is there such a thing as having too many best friends? because i feel i have quite a few, but that each relationship i have is so unique and enriching, i couldn’t possibly claim that only one of these people is my best friend. i have a beautiful history with each one, and feel a different sort of connection with each.

three of my best friends don’t even live in this country right now – they are each living someplace different in the usa. and i miss them! my goal is simply to write letters and e-mails more often, and have phone dates with them all.

i have six best friends who live here in this city, people i love so dearly… but i definitely do not see them enough. i think seeing at least one of these folks at least once a week would be a good goal. we always have so much fun together, and i trust and adore them so completely… it’s the least i can do for myself to see them more often!

i have one best friend living in vancouver, which is honestly just a short ferry ride away, and i have absolutely no excuse for how long it has been since i have seen him! i would like to go over there or have him come over here for a visit at least once or twice this year.

all of these goals are easily acheivable… and i know how happy it would make me to see all of these people more often – or, at the very least, have closer contact with them.

aidyn, alex, bryan, chris, eryn, ethan, korbin, maggie, nisa, and quentin – i feel so lucky to have you all in my life. and it’s time i start proving that!

For me relationships is what keeps me sane so being with my best friend at all times is the best thing, we hold the same positions in the same company, her office is just a second from mine, we cry together, we encourage each other when the going gets tough and we scream at each other but we always remember to make soup and tea for one another when iether one of us goes downstairs….......every event we are together but we also give each other space which is important, we have decided not to move in together but to sleep over once in a while to reduce complexities

It sort of makes me sad to even think about it..and she is only a 17 hour flight away…Im use to seing her atleast once or twice a year and its been 15 months since I last saw her…geez how depressing…

Ash and Heather are my best friends in the whole world. They have been most of my life. Ashley just recently got married (to another one of our best friends, Doug) and Heather is working on going to school full time and working full time, I now have a boyfriend therefore making our time together more sparse. But I love these girls more than anything, I guess growing up may also mean growing apart, we will always have each other, in-sight or not, we will be there.
