I’ve joined the work netball team which involves a match after work one day and training at lunchtime another. It means (unless I have work commitments) I can’t make any excuses to not exercise.
It helps having other people around to make you do it!
This has been going pretty well so far: ballet on Tues & Thurs, rock climbing Wed., Zoomba at the gym on Sat. mornings, and paddling and lifting in between. I’d like to make sure I keep it up before I check this off, though…
