find the perfect pair of pants

This goal is somehow so elusive, but Victoria’s Secret has answered my prayers.

In a nutshell, I am tall, slim, and long-legged. And I hate pants with high waist-bands. Nothing fits me. Ever. But Victoria’s Secret was kind enough to make pants in a low rise, slim through the hips & thighs, in a 36-inch inseam.

Victoria, you are my hero. I don’t care how much your pants cost. I will buy them.

And the people said, “Amen.”

I found a pair of black pants in Target which fit perfectly, are the perfect length, can be chucked in the washing machine & dryer & can be worn to work and out! Yay!!!!

... Bought two pairs of pants, one of which could nearly be the “perfect” pair. I will wear them a few times to decide, then I may just go back and buy another pair….

The perfect pair of pants will be the perfect length, fit my thighs properly, and will be able to be worn to work with any pair of heels i own.

When I find the perfect pair of pants i will buy multiple pairs!

this quest will rival the quest for Atlantis.

But ya know a tall gal just has to have dreams!

They just have to fit perfectly, be the right length, not wrinkle, look good dressed up or down, move freely, resist stains, breathe, dry quickly, and not rip or wear through…oh! and most importantly, make my butt look good. :)
