I’m a big size 12/14 and i’ve always been upset about my weight and figure. I’ve always found it hard to loose weight and whenever I do, I always tend to pile the pound back on faster than I lost them. This time i’m going to give it my all, and i’m not going to stop until i’m a nice slim (but still a bit curvy) size 10. I’m currently 12 1/2stone, 5”6ft, but i’m not sure what weight i will need to be to fit into a 10, so i’m just going to try and keep loosing until those size 10 jeans fit me! :D x



Exercise 2 months ago

I have found a physical activity I like , Basketball. I joined a local team which will give me the motivation to exercise and I actually enjoy it and no realise I am doing exercise. I am currently a size 12 and happy but there’s always room for improvement ;)

down 70 lbs!! 2 months ago

So I am doing this!! I have been doing this about 5 months and am now at 70 lbs lost! This is the hardest thing i have done and yet the most rewarding!!! I have had to buy a whole new closet full of new clothes! I have gone down 4 pants sizes and 4 top sizes!! I am almost to that size 10 also! I am soo happy. I have 30 lbs left of my 100lb goal and so that should get me to even smaller then what i wanted! I am now even training for a 5k in Nov, who knew i would be doing something like that. I can outlast all my friends now in the gym, its so nuts how my physical abilities to do exercise have changed. I will keep everyone posted b/c i am getting so close to this one being marked off!

ok started my diet 2day… done ok ive onli eaten beans on toast (onli 1 was buttered) and drank water… think i’ll have a small box of ceral for dinner making totel cal intake for the dai under 500! YAAAY lets see if i can keep it up lool

I always want to loose weight im 15 and would like to become a size 10 before prom, therefore i have less then a year to do it.

finished my 90 days with trainer, 45 lbs down in 90 days! 4 months ago

so here is my update, i did my first 90 days with my trainer, and have lost 45lbs in the 90 days!! it has been such hard work, but i look great and feel great. on top of everything else, my fitness level is amazing now!! i am so glad im losing it this way b/c im being healthy and toned. the trainer has the goal of 100 lbs in 6 months, so i am halfway there!! i can’t wait for the end. this has changed my life, it has been the hardest thing i have ever had to do.

My sophomore year is coming i plan to be in as many extracurricular activities and some of them indicated (not really but you have to see understand what i’m talking about)that you have to be “thin” to do them. I’m not looking to be a size 2 but at least a size 10.Not for the after school activities but for me mostly

so last year i lost 42 pounds, def was going on my way to my goal, and then i stopped. for months i maintained it, which was awesome, then dec hit and i gained 10 of the pounds back! so i knew i had to not only stop that but also get right back going on this goal. i just started my personal trainer last week and oh man, this i feel like its going to be it. I have never had a trainer before and this is hard, this is prob the hardest thing i have had to do in my life. the work out sessions hurt, and the food plan he has me on is serious. but its worth it, i am so excited and am going to give it everything i have!!!



Want to lose weight 8 months ago

im really down, i used to be size 10, then all of a sudden put so much weight on now im size 14, and i have stretch marks heaven! i really want to lose weight

this is so hard, so i have lost already 42 lbs and i just can’t seem to get motivation to keep going, i have stopped going to the gym and i know i need to, but i feel so pulled down by other things in my life , i really need to just get to the gym and do it, b/c once i start i usually am ok, its just harder when i have not been for awhile. i really hope i can mark this goal off this year, thats what i really want and you would think that would be enuf motivation to get me going, but i feel so down right now
