The first week is the hardest, because all your body wants is sugar, but after the first week you will be surprised at how quickly you STOP wanting sugar. I did this diet not so much as to lose weight (although I did lose weight) but to adopt healthier eating habits and end the sugar cravings. It really works.
So I have been doing this since like october or something… I have had some cheat days but nothing all to bad… I still haven’t noticed a change but the scale doesn’t lie… I lost 12 lbs in the first stage and then just randomly losing weight since… I just thought I might say something since it struck me this is the first diet I have ever been on and I am pretty shocked at how this is going. I actually eat much more than I used to before this diet and I have felt like walking. Strange stuff…
