it’s almost a habit with me. i try to get in at least a 20 minute walk if i don’t have any time. i feel better after a brisk walk.
i’m losing weight too.
i use my handweights and all is well.
today while talking on the phone
took a small weight with me. it hurt my back.

i am so tired. maybe i will just go to sleep hella early.
in my neighborhood today
used my 3 lb weights
now my back actually hurts. those little guys add a lot of pain!
i’ll have to sleep on the floor tonight
but at least i did my 30+ minutes
i walked from luxor to MGM and then did some indoor casino walking.
then i came home and walked the 1.1 mile route around my home carrying my 1.5 arm weights. woo hoo!

not too hot so that was cool,got to see lots of weird casinos
walked around target and other stores today for a long time.

i also bought some walking hand weights and an 8 lb dumbbell to match my other 8 lb dumbbell. now i have no excuse.
i weigh 124-7 pounds now and i want to be down to 120 to look okay
and 115 to look really good.
if i ever get down to my high school weight of 100-110, i will just freak out with joy.
not to mention the benefits to my health and back.
