I was born BUDDY WESLEY BROWN and my brother was born THOMAS EUGENE BLACKWELDER.

I was born at Shands Teaching Hospital in GAINSVILLE, FLORIDA. You called me Billy and I took my first step when I was 9 months old. When I was 3 years old, I broke my right leg and had to wear a cast.

THOMAS EUGENE BLACKWELDER was born May 20, 1978 (5/20/1976) 05-20-76)
He was born at Shands Teaching Hospital in GAINSVILLE, FL. Our mom, NANCY, called him “TOM-TOM”. Tom took his first step when he was 1 year old.

We don’t care what happened. We just want to meet everyone in our family. Especially Patsy (Our sister). Our grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, ANYONE!!I remember holding Patsy when she was a baby. But she stayed with Nancy and Tom-Tom and I went into foster care. I also heard that Nancy had another baby after we were in foster care.

I have also put some pictures of me, Tom, Nancy, Patsy (being held by her grandpa), and Steve. If you recognise anyone in any photo, please write or call or something!
