Raspberry/Orange! That’s the ticket.

Yum. I made pineapple based on cook’s illustrated recipe. It was great, the texture was good.

I want to try other kinds, too.

Tried making several Martha Stewart recipes for fruit and herb sorbets in our new ice cream/sorbet/frozen yogurt machine. Turned out great! I highly recommend white peach with bay leaf—savory and interesting. Pat tells me you can use these machines to make terrific margaritas. Maybe THAT should go on 43things…
