The guy arrived when he said he would and he tuned the piano just great, it is now sounding beautiful. And he’s put us down in his annual book meaning that this time next year I won’t have to go through the same rigmarole trying to track him down to come do it again :D 5 years ago

Grade 2 piano exam came and went. She passed :D and still the piano is untuned. This goal is now a priority come January. I am determined that my little musical star will have a piano that sounds good. 5 years ago

Phoned the guy today and he’s going to phone me back within then next couple of months as soon as he has a free appointment. Hooray! And it’s not as expensive as I thought it was going to be…well not yet anyway. 5 years ago

I never heard anything back from my first attempt and big one’s piano teacher has finally given her the number for her own tuner. I’ve just tried ringing him but he’s not available just now so I’ll be sure to try again. We may just have some progress :D 5 years ago

While we were in the music shop today I asked them if they could recommend a piano tuner and voila one phone number and a name. Now I have to use it. 5 years ago

We bought the piano oooh 2 years ago I think. Big one was starting piano classes and well you need something to practise on. We viewed the piano, we moved it from their house to our house in the back of a horsebox and not once has the poor piano been tuned since coming here. :o
Big one plays some lovely music on it but you can hear some of the notes really aren’t as good as they should be. 5 years ago

Honestly. Its beginning to sound like a harp. If I sit on it, I can almost here the faint remnants of a C sharp. Not that tuning it will get me anywhere near my goal of outdoing Yann Tiersen.
