How I did it: It was really very easy not as scary as i thought, i had been holding back untill i lost a lttle weight but all my son wanted was his mum in the pool swimming around with him. So I did.

How I did it: I went to my local leisure centre with a friend.It was scary at first because i wasnt so sure i would pick it up but i soon did and started going short distances and then just a bit further a bit further until i was swimming a length and back. Read how I did it…

    an average of once a week, to begin with. I’ve been swimming a lot with family on the holidays during the last few weeks and I’ll be in the pool in Greece. Let’s hope I feel inspired to continue in less attractive and, come the winter, warm surroundings!
