How I did it: Its pretty simple really. you just take off your clothes before you go to sleep. it was kinda awkward at first but u adapt real quick. i keep a pair of underwear close by or under a pillow just in case you need to get up in the middle of the night. but its way more comfortable than sleeping with clothes! How I did it: at summer camp, it was a hot night, and our counsellor went away for some reason, so the directors had to make sure we go to bed.so we were sweating until i suggested we sleep naked with no sleeping bags so we stay cool. my cabin agreed with it.so we all stripped naked, and slept freely naked.i loved it and ever since that night, i've slept naked except for when i have friends sleep over. I sleep completely naked for the last years, no matter if it is summer or winter, if I am home alone or with other people.
I am used to it now and can’t wear any clothes at all when sleeping, I just can’t fall asleep, even wearing my boxer makes me feel uncomfortable.

I had a good sleep. Looks like I can sleep fine either way, so this one’s definitely worth the try. Perhaps i’ll do this again when i feel like it.

its amazing its fun but usually i don’t go to bed naked i go to bed with a shirt and boxers but i strip my boxers off like at 12 then my shirt an hour later but its fun

Every time I try it, I never get very comfortable…
I like to be wrapped under clothes…blanket….etc…

i wanted to sleep naked because i thought it would feel more comfortalbe and it did it took a while but i did it and it felt wonderful you guys should do it to!!

I love it, espeically when the sheets and blanket are soft! Feels great! :)
