Do anyone feel that it is a good idea to obtain a real estate license now so when the market changes you will have a new career and a excellent commission?

nobody can speak "smart" 19 months ago

i know there are some intelligent people out there, but why is it so hard to find such people? i know only one person that seems to understand in my school and doesn’t go by society and all that bull. “does somebody think I’m cool?” that kind of thing.

That which should be 22 months ago

I found a boy with which I have consistently intelligent conversations. As the man before me said, “intelligent people talk about ideas.” Every conversation he and I have is always stimulating. This is a quality that blows people’s minds. I’ve spoken to random people on the internet and they try to go stupid on me but I won’t let them. It has always been very simple, legitimately speak with me or walk away. The problem is when having most of these conversations it is necessary to guide the other person through the conversation. So when it comes down to it, it may be mildly stimulating to have an intellient conversation but it is absolutely delicious to have a conversation with an intelligent person.

Someone once said “Intelligent people talk about ideas. Average people talk about things. Small people talk about other people.” If anyone knows who said that, please comment, because I adore that quote. I actually had a great conversation with this guy (who claims not to be gay, just 80% feminine…) about how a bunch of guys are obsessed with sex, and how much this annoys us. I guess I could do better, but it was a satisfying conversation unlike the majority that I have.

Like partners, this is one thing that should NOT be searched for.
Let them find you, then they’ll be worthwhile.

Very nice brain exercise! 2 years ago

I recently had long and well thought out discussion with a friend about censorship in America. It’s really a great feeling to get your brain thinking hard about something. Whether you are debating or in agreement, talking about your stance on certain issues is passionate and empowering. Totally worth doing!

I met my friend for coffee, and our half hour meeting turned into a three hour converstation. It was awsome.

The other day on the beach, with F. 3 years ago

We met to watch the ocean, watch my boy play, and sip a beer. We spoke about literature, current affairs, politics, and philosophy. Am glad to have a friend in him.

It's the only way! 4 years ago

There’s something exhilerating about losing yourself in a deep conversation with a beautiful woman. Now, a lot of women you can simply lose yourself in, but after not too long you start to realize you’re getting nothing done and nothing intelligent has been said in ten minutes of talking. That’s about the longest I can stand to have a stupid conversation (and I use “stupid” in a denotative sense, rather than flippantly).

I’ve met very few women (well, people in general, really) with whom I can have real intelligent conversations. There is that which following after like a lost puppy is no shame. A woman with whom one can have an intelligent conversation is one of them.

My, my . . . there’s just no climbing out of this one. You see, be she never so lovely, a woman without such capabilities is a tame, vacant, doll-faced idle gall. (And yes, as you might have gathered, I’ve found one that I can’t have.)
