Ever since I visited Barcelona I have always wanted to run with the bulls!! This is deffinatley something I will need to complete within the next 3 years.
How I did it: Saved some money, and made last minute plans to take a train from Madrid to Pamplona. Me and my friends did not have a room, so we slept in parks and on park benches. Well worth it.
Lessons & tips: If you don't have a room, don't let that stop you. There are plenty places to sleep and even camp at. The grassy spot out in front of the train station is nice and has much less noise if you actually want to get some sleep. If you want to party all night, head up into the city, but I would not recommend partying all night then running. When you do run, you will quickly realize that the people and crowd makes the run much more dangerous than the bulls.

Pretty simple. Go to Spain and Run with the Bulls. Preferably somewhere near the middle to end of the crowd. Either way it would be pretty sweet
A life-changing experience. I run tour to see the running of the bulls in Pamplona and go to the festival every year. It is incredible and absolutely worth doing…whether you run or not. Pamplona is a fantastic city, full of wonderful people who really shine during the San Fermin festival. They are as welcoming and friendly as the bulls are large and dangerous. If you choose to run, watch from a balcony before doing so and never run on a weekend (too crowded). Ihave a plan for this now. Since running with the bulls, oktoberfest, and the Italian tomato fight (a fight in the streets with 5 tons of tomatoes!) are all within a couple months,m starting at the end of august, Im going to save up for next year, and do all three of these things. Itll cost a lot, but ill start saving now. Who wants to come?
Me and my friend were at the Festival of San Fermin last year, and we both chickened out. If you get the chance, go for it! I’m really looking forward to doing it in the future, even if that’s all I go for.
