How I did it: 
I read a great article called "Achieving without goals". It was amazing to realize all the things I can do.
Sometimes I felt as if I couldn't have fun doing anything and had to push myself to do the things that I needed to do.
But now I relax and find a meaning for doing all these things I do everyday. I just list the things I have to do in order to remember when to do them, not to push myself to do it. Read how I did it… 12 months ago

I worked in a very busy office for years and realized that when I started writing everything down I started forgetting things. It’s like when I stopped having to remember I really did notice a decline in my memory all around. I made a conscious effort to remember more and write fewer notes. Having said that, when I made Thanksgiving dinner this year I had a list of food and what times they went in the oven, what time they came out, etc. So, that list came in very handy. 5 years ago
i need to learn to have more patience. i sucker myself into doing these great goals of listing or doing 43 this or that only to discover that the goal stays on my page for eons. which really bugs me. and there’s no sense in rushing these things, because then what’s the point of doing the goal at all if you can’t enjoy it? there is no point! precisely. which is why the goal shouldn’t be there to begin with or i should just chill.
