I must do my Master’s Degree. More for personal satisfaction then anything else and so I can say ‘I done it.’

russbuck100 can see a few goals being completed soon :D
How I did it: Took a year's Postgraduate (Masters) course in Forensic Psychology and stuck it out until the very end! Just found out yesterday that I passed, yay! As mentioned elsewhere, I lost interest and motivation half-way through the year and struggled to do work until it was absolutely the last possible minute. I'm pleased the course is finished, but I'm still glad I took it because I am now a Master of Sciences! :D Read how I did it…

by writing my thesis (oh and did I mention that I changed my research topic as well? aaargh!) during the summer. I want to be out playing, though I know I’ll be happy come August when I am done.

I finished my final exam for my Strategic Management Policy course and so now all that remains is my original research project.
I can’t believe this, I started two years ago and have just kept at it. That’s it, dogged determination has got me this close to graduation.
I am currently working on my bachelor’s in business, but I plan to do a business/law joint program for my masters.
Roberto is doing what he does every night, Pinky... "...trying to take over THE WORLD!"
I got a job at the university where I wanted to do my Master’s, so they gave me tuition remission. I worked full time during the day, took my classes at night, worked like a dog, and somehow managed to have a social life as well. I also took an unpaid leave to take advantage of a study abroad program and went to Italy.Upon my return I finished my coursework and graduated. Ta-daa!

Sarah Clark ready for the new year!!
I struggled to get through my undergrad. I hated what I was learning. Having no interest in what you’re paying to be taught is not the best way to go. I waited to do assignments till the last minute, and it showed. I didn’t fail, but I could have done better had I actually ENJOYED what I was learning. I’ve recently found myself working for the community college I started at and I love my job! I loved the time I spent at that school and I get to travel around recruiting kids to come start their college education there. One of the perks of this job is that I get free credits through the state university. All I have to pay is the distance fee for the online classes. I believe in signs. The fact that I even have this job still amazes me! I was kinda looking for a new one when I found it and I actually got it! Which to me says ‘Hey! You have this awesome opportunity right in front of you jack ass, take advantage of it!’

I just submitted the final draft of my research proposal. It is hard to believe that in July of this coming year I’ll have completed this degree. Only four classes to go. My thesis is on, now brace yourself for the coming excitement, ” A review of student persistence at our college”. Let me know if you are dying to have a copy! Bestseller for sure.

I’m pursuing a three year Masters course in Education, which is maily focusing on Leadership and Management. I’m still glad I took it because I am now looking forward to become a Master of Education! :D

This week and feeling pretty good about it. I’ll be laying the groundwork for my thesis – which (and this may be odd) – I am strangely excited for. I love conducting research, both of literature and with live subjects.
I have been looking for a good on-line PhD program. I would love to earn my PhD in Women’s studies, Internationl studies, Social Psychology or Sociology – but I live in the sticks and would have to move. I’ll have to keep looking.
