Well i can form ears and muzzle usually in mediation..
but i cant seem to talk to my wolf spirit..
i mean i might have in my dreams but i am not exactly sure…
what happened to you guys that talked to the spirit? was it during mediation or a dream? or something else maybe?

A meditation many have found helpful in finding animal and triggering a phantom shift. This meditation may not work on the first, second, fifth or even at all. Its purpose is to also control pshifting if it already occurs. In sense also to learn to pshift at will. I highly urge it is to be attempted with a VERY open mind. Find a place you willl not be disturbed for at least a hour: light musk/pine incense, play ambiant music in background like drumming or elemental (river, thunder or woodland ) to help simulate nature and awaken the animal within. Set a mirror before you and dim lights so part of your face is shadowed (ielights out with candles in background can help). Ease breathing and slow breathing and pulse. Clear mind of all thoughts and mentaling telling muscles to relax, one by one. While gently gazing into your own eyes in mirror chant *I am the animal, the animal is me,we are one(if you know phenotype replace animal with your breed) over and over picking up tempo slowly.Reach deeply calling out to animal to awaken and show your other form. Do not be afraid if you feel weird or start to see an outline of animal in your face in mirror or even on rare ocasion face completely overshadowed by animals face. Focus while chanting to become more aware of it.if skin grows heavy or tingles flex your arms and fingers adjusting to sensation of a pelt or feathers. Close your eyes to get a better sense of the shift.move head gently to sense muzzle( if your phenotype has one) or ears (if possible move them). If you sense a tail try to move it,if wings are sensed try flexing them.if you feel a call(chirp,howl,boomph,roar etc) in throat release it passionatly,anounce to the world you have now become whole. Feel the blood rush through your veins. Feel the inner rush surge through your very core.
As you practice more you will easer to pshift at will and in time at a wim.i encourage you to try in woods or in public whan you get the hang of it,you would be surprised how you will percieve your surroundings now. You may even see/sense other therians around.again this meditation is NOT a mainstream cocept but one that has helped many learn more about their dual nature. Any with q are more than welcome to ask(no q is a dumb one btw,i have heard em all) and i will answer to the best of my abilitys or point you to one that can.
