I’ve heard doing this gives you a really good kick start, helps you get energised so I’m looking for any tips or suggestions as to which detox to do, which ones have worked best.
How to complete a two week full body detox
How I did it: i used whole food's brand 2 week detox kit. i also used the psyllium husk fiber from traders joes. for two weeks i tried to my best to adhere to a vegan diet that was limited to fruits, vegetables and whole grains. since i was in school and it was finals week i ended up turning to convenience foods such as larabars when i got busy or ended up studying late at school.
Lessons & tips: try to get prepared ahead of time by picking up juices and easy to prepare vegetables at home.
Resources: the internet! and the staff at various natural foods stores.

Well I am feeling pretty good so far, a little hungry but i guess that is normal.
Working towards lunch, homemade veggie soup made with oxo, celery, carrots, onions, lemon water and brocooli steamed with sesame seeds.
Snack, Celery and hummus.
Any dieas for suppers?? I don’t want to run out of things to eat and get swayed.
Well I have my list of foods that I am going to get tonight and start on Monday, I know I said friday but i forgot about a birthday party we have on Saturday so I don’t want on my first full day to be tempted to much.
I have been struggling with my weight my entire life. I am presently the heaviest I have ever been and want and need to make a huge change, I don’t want my 2.5 year old daughter to know she has fat mom.
I am going to try this when I get groceies on friday. I hope this will help rid my body of all the toxins from the junk I have put in and make me feel energized again and to have the motivation to get outside and do things.
I just started a 21 day detox but I think I’m going to change it to two weeks because I don’t want to lose too much of my muscle mass. I’ve only been drinking various natural supplements and fresh veggie juice/soups but I am going to incorporate raw veggies and fruits today. Also, I think it will be important to add some rice and maybe some nuts like almonds so I don’t become some emaciated weakling. It’s only day three so I’ll see how it goes…suprisingly I’m not overly hungry just tempted….mmmmm chocolate
On my journey to weight loss it is my desire to do all the footwork to prepare myself for a colon, parasitic/blood, liver, kidney and full body detox. I already use detox foot pads and drink detox tea, but it’s not enough.
i’m keeping my fingers-crossed. i hope i could cross this oof my list real soon..
