go on vacation by myself

I’m going to try to do this in exactly three weeks on a last minute vacation package deal. I want to go to Mexico, but anywhere really will suffice.

It would be nice to go away by myself for a little while, to do what I wanna do, when I wanna do it, without having to answer to anyone. Maybe lay on a beach someone with little umbrella drinks or wonder through museums all afternoon without talking… Either way, it would be nice to just re-charge.

I’ve almost always traveled by myself. Sometimes I am meeting up w/ someone on the other end of the airplane trip / car ride. I’ve been thinking I’d like to travel with someone at some point…but I really like the solo thing.

I have always wanted to go away alone. I don’t know why, but I think it would be empowering!!!

just pick up and leave. i think about this every time I pass the airport. ‘what if i just left?’ not forever. just for a few days. if you go with someone, you have to plan ahead for their sake. someday soon it’s gonna happen.

Not that I don’t want my BF or kids with me but I need a me break just me a good book the beach and a pretty sunset and my dog! They can stay at the hotel while I take a mini break with myself

It was one of the best experiences of my life. I am my best friend and so we both wanted to do the same things!

I traveled in Europe for 2-1/2 months about six years ago, and also spend 5 weeks traveling this past year, both times mostly by myself. That said, when you stay in hostels, its pretty easy to meet others to go sightseeing with.

I have been wanting to do this for a while now. At first was putting it off due to money, the price of gas, being scared, etc. But then I just started to think of what a crazy schedule I have and the select couple of people I might want to go with me would have to work when I want to go. I am planning a road trip by myself in a couple of weeks and I really hope it works out. I already know where I am going and it won’t take alot of money (which is good cuz I don’t have a lot) and it will only be for 2 days. I think it will be awesome, that’s just enough time so I won’t get lonely.
