cranberrygoddessMy ex and best friend in New York...

we are really close, and I met him on the internet about 3-4 years ago. I’m really gonna miss him when I move back to Australia next week, but fortunately since we met on the internet, I know we can stay close that way, and while the physical side of the relationship is not replaceable, it doesn’t mean we’ll lose touch without it. 5 years ago

I met a great group 8 years ago on a message board, and we still keep in touch. I love/live with one of them. :) 5 years ago

TinaBeanJessie

I met her 3 years ago on a blog site and we became really fast friends. She is awesome. Even though we have never met in real life, we are best friends. She’s like a year or two older than I am and lives in CA (different sides of the USA- fuuun).
I have sworn that I will meet her one day. I will. 5 years ago

change everythingmore than true friends...

I married one of the people I met! 6 years ago

Cowgirl_eddforums are a good way to go

That’s how I met one of my truest, best friends, whom I have no met IRL (along with many other very, very good friends one of whom’s wedding I will be attending soon.) There are so many forums out there that you will no doubt be able to find one that interests you. The one I belong to has an amazing sense of community, people have even found their spouses there (and we have recently just had our first forum baby.) So I would say join a forum or two since each one is catered to a certain interest group the people you will meet there will already have much in common with you.

Thus ends my long-winded babble. 6 years ago

ZombieFleshThis one is probably going to be hard to accomplish

seeing as I have yet to find someone on the same wavelength as me in real life. But hey, it’s always nice to have more friends. 6 years ago
