I wouldnt say that I owned the dancefloor; or even that the group of the girls that i was with did. But we went out there, we had a load of fun, danced really gay to try and scare away the guys trying to dance with us but suprisingly its like it made them like us MORE because they just copied all our moves. But the point is we went out there and danced up a storm, not caring what anyone else thought….. and its now my favourite thing to do when i go out clubbing. :)

alot of people dont want to be the first people to get up and go dance (me included! haha), and so no one ever ends up dancing at the parties i go to. maybe if i could just get a few friends together or something? i love dancing!!
Had a great night out for my friend’s birthday. Me and my friends were on the dancefloor all night, but no one wanted to start if off so I went up there and danced on my own for a while until some other people got the guts to come and dance as well. It was a really good experience and has given me a lot more confidence to just know what I want and go for it!
Well, my birthday was great and I sure did dance my ass off, but I still haven’t owned it yet. It’s fun to dance with all your friends, but I think in order to truly own the dancefloor I think I’m gonna have to go out there by myself (eek!) and dance on my own. And it would be cool to be the centre of attention for just a little while…!
There are many things that I enjoy doing, but one of my favourites has to be dancing. Who cares if I’m not the best and I don’t dance like everyone else – that’s not the point! There are some songs that you only need to hear a few seconds of to know that you can completely lose yourself within the music. I love the feeling of freedom I have when I’m dancing as it makes me feel more confident. Funnily enough I seem to dance better after I’ve had a few beers (I can even do it without stumbling over!) I guess it gets rid of any inhibitions I may normally feel. Getting to the point, I want to be able to strut onto a dancefloor and completely OWN it. I’m not normally a typical Leo but there are times when I like to be the centre of attention. It’s my 21st birthday on Sunday and I’m going out this weekend to celebrate, so I may be able to complete this goal pretty quickly.
