Did my sit-ups at the gym the other night. My abs are sore!!
I was doing Cindy Crawford’s ab routine for awhile, which I had written out from her videos, but I stopped when I took a break from working out. I heard that if you just do abs and not cardio, they’ll get bigger and not more toned. Anyway, I’m going to the gym more of late, so I started back up with 200 Cindy crunches whenever I go to the gym on non-consecutive days. I should probably do them at home too. During tv…
