Hi, I’m sixteen years old and my current weight is 170, I want to lose weight simply because I want to be more healthy and break my bad habit of eating just because the food is there. I want to be at 140-135 hopefully by next year.I’ve already started making changes to my diet hopefully i can accomplish this goal, BEST OF LUCK TO ANYONE WHO IS TRYING TO LOSE WAIT, DON”T GIVE UP:)

How I did it: Portion Control, Change in preparation of foods like using Olive or Coconut Oil instead of vegetable fat. Juicing green vegetables with juicing an apple in it instead of buying juice in the stores with the exception of Organic Coconut or Cherry Juice. Some of these I use when making my shakes in the morning. I consume alot of fiber in the mornings and take Healthplus Colon Cleansers in the evening. Lessons & tips: I love carrot juice; however carrots can carry high amounts of sugar if too much is consumed. Resources: This product was a great help to me

Hello, I am a 39 year old mother of two children and I have Multiple Sclerosis. I have had an eating disorder since I was 13 years old and have had no end of therapies and treatments to no avail. Over the last ten years I have steadily gained weight and the last two years have seen a dramatic weight gain. I am told that I must not “diet” ever again as I have this inbuilt yo yo diet problem.
