being late is my passive agressive way of saying I don’t want to go there . . .

Good News-
Monday, late 10 minutes due to accident/traffic jam on freeway.
Tuesday, on time
Wednesday, EARLY, but I completely spaced and missed an appointment I was supposed to go to before work. OOOPS!
7 work days since I posted this goal:
-late 5 minutes 3 times
-on time 2 times
-EARLY (including today) 2 times
This is starting to work for me! I need to keep it up for at least a month for it to really be a change.
All other activities I was on time or early for.
Will only post about this weekly from now on.

I think I have done this consitently enough over the last few weeks to qualify this as a change of habit for me.
I used to be on time, ALL THE TIME. But my other half always makes us late now :(
I want to change that!
I zone out in the morning while I’m attempting to get ready, and suddenly I realize that I’ve been putting on mascara for 10 minutes. Bahhhh… making progress though.
I set 2 alarms instead of using snooze so that I don’t hit it nonstop. This way, the different sound assures me that I’ve already been awoken once. Before I started this, some days I’d end up sleeping much more than the 5 minutes snooze intends.
