finally got back in stride yesterday. Luckily for me my height is still about the same (phew) even though I would like it to be less. I did some stretching and was very suprised that it was quite easy! I figured after being gone so long there was no way I could touch my toes without wincing. After that I speed walked on the treamill for about 40 minutes. I didn’t do anything intense but it felt good to be working out. 7 years ago
I’m going back to them this evening..FINALLY! it has been about a month since I completed a whole week. When I saw my dues had been debited out of my account, it set in that I’m throwing away money by not going .. and I don’t have money to waste and my body needs it , so off I go !! 7 years ago

why people give up exercising. This midsection is very reluctant to give me the results I want, but I will keep truckin along until this extra goes away and the muscles show up. 7 years ago

I didn’t make it to the gym this weekend, I had my clothes sat out and everything, but I never dragged my butt over there.. ugh and I ate alot of unhealthy things I know I gained at least a pound ..not good! 7 years ago
I have lost some pounds, and I went shopping this weekend and most of the clothes I got were on the smaller end of what I can usually fit into .. I was pretty happy! still have alot of work to do though 7 years ago
this starts the beginning of another wonderful week to get fit and trim. Since I have school on Mondays I only get 3 days a week and hopefully Saturday if I’m not to lazy…. but this weight is not coming off, I don’t know what the problem is maybe I need to step up my workout .. 7 years ago

this is going to be my last Monday for the next 5 weeks because I start school. I have to make this week count and utilize all 4 days and Saturday. I’m in a very dreary mood so I probably won’t be there for to long, no extras just to the point. 7 years ago
Well I got 3 days in this week and hopefully I get up and go tommorrow like I’m supposed to. I weigh myself every Thursday to keep track off gains or loses. So far I’m holding steady at 133 which is 8 pounds over my goal to be 125. ugh! I hate that sometimes I look at myself and I look skinny but other times I am not pleased with what I see. Actually I haven’t seen a change in my body since I have started exercising, but I’m sure it’s so subtle that I wouldn’t notice. I’m not going to be satisfied till the scale shows me what I want to see, so until then I will be in gym slaving away. 7 years ago
my workout was last night. I didn’t get to finish because my battery died on my MP3 and even though I had a extra battery in my gym bag I was not about to go through all that and then go back out and workout some more. I finished all my routine stuff so it was alright I guess. Now that I have this vacation brewing I need to step it up though..can’t be on the beach and not camera ready… 7 years ago
So since it was MLK day yesterday and I was off work and the weather was nasty, I never made it out the house, or my pj’s as a matter of fact. I was a major bum ! So that makes me one day behind on my exercises for this week. But I did alot of walking this weekend so maybe it evened out. Anywho this evening is going to be a hard one I imagine, but I got some new tunes on the MP3 so me thinks I will be aight.. irish ebonics..gotta love it ! 7 years ago
I actually made it to the gym this saturday. I haven’t been in a couple of weeks, I figured 4 days a week of exercize is enough to get by. I got alot of good stretching and ab work acconplished due to it being not as crowded. Today is the start of Week 6! Wow who would have thought.. So after I ate 677942319 calories over the christmas holiday, I dragged my behind to the gym yesterday evening. I found out that my 4.99 yoga shirt I got my Old Navy had major cleavage outage and I was a bit self conscious working out. I think I will have quite a few new gentleman admirers from now on .. haha! I worked out longer to make up for the days I missed, overall it was a good day! and I scoped a major hottie, not bad for a Tuesday! 7 years ago
last evening went great, I was hurting for sure though. I almost didn’t do my mandated 20 minutes of cardio but I pushed on and got it done. This baggage doesn’t seem to want to let go though, I mean I understand we have been together for awhile but damn!! I know I just need to be patient it takes awhile to see results but still. I did learn last night that Bobby Vslentinos ‘Tell Me” is a good song to work my abs and rotate my hips to while I’m in the mirror pretend choreographing ..haha ! 7 years ago
wow I can’t believe I have made it this far. I haven’t been this active since…like never! I didn’t get to make it to the gym this weekend and I ate alot bad things including chinese food. Mondays work out was great. Stayed on the machine 10 minutes extra since I missed a couple of days last week. I noticed it doesn’t hurt as bad anymore when I do my ab exercises, I guess there getting used to the punishment now. I don’t get on the scale much anymore, the last time I looked I was 130.6. My goal is around 120-125 so I have mucho work to do. 7 years ago
yesterday was a good day, I seem to sweat more and more everytime I work out. I want to take one of the classes that are offered but I guess I will work my way over there soon. I just always feel to self conscious as if everyone is looking at me. I just need to get comfortable in the new surroundings. 7 years ago
