Michael Kelso imagine peace
and I’ve done this. It was just a river beach, not the ocean, which would be sweeter…but it was a beautiful night and I love rivers.
How I did it: We found a recently abandoned fire and slept with our feet closest to the warmth. We had blankets, and warm jackets, and water and set up our sleeping space and talked until there were no more words to describe the moment.
Lessons & tips: Don't set camp too close to the water, because the tide does rise and you will get wet!

I’ve already done this a few times, but it’s been a while. So I want to do it again, and probably will this summer =)

I’ve done this once (and the night sky with stars strewn on it was gorgeous), but I’d like to do this again, this time with my loves.
...but the imaginary beach on which mosquitoes and other creepy crawlies don’t exist and don’t bite/sting.
On a island In Greece.
I have seen more than a few shooting stars at night.
The days were very warm, but a sleeping bag was needed at night…didn’t had it the first night, so I bought it for the following nights. Done it during a week.
Great thing to do :-)

I did this a while back. I think I needa do it again, sober. To wake up to the sunrise.
Hope its a warm night when I try it though.
i’ve crashed on the beach in santa barbara quite a few times. i tried to sleep on the beach one night in san fransico but the cops weren’t having that. i was traveling through los angeles and i met a guy that told me i could go to SB and just sleep on the beach if i wanted to so i went up there and gave it a shot just me and my backpack and i loved it. met some of the coolest people that i will probably never see again, but i’m definetly going to do it again. it’s just so peaceful. i am the real living definition of a beach bum and proud of it.
