i got down to 136 but have gained loads and now at 154. thats a gain of 18. back on track today.

i am at 145 now and i need to be at 130 for my health’s sake. this is my first entry.

I’ve been working out 3 times a week and realy getting active every day, and yet. I’m putting on a little weight, and assuming it’s muscle but aargh!

A starting point! According to my scale, I weigh 143 but I suspect it’s about 5 lbs light. So We’ll take 148 as the official starting point, and I’ll see about fixing my scale. 18 pounds to go!

I got down from 165 to 145. Huge improvement and I feel wonderful. Now the real challenge is set: 130 would take me back to my high school weight and I would be fit and ready for auditions, adventure… you name t. so, goal, look out!

This is the begining of the goal of loosing weight.
For now we will just do fifteen pounds and then move on to actually loosing up to thirty pounds. I think I would be a really healthy weight then.
So right now we are just working on this by drastically changing diet and exercise routine and making it a priority over everything else.
by just paying attention to what i eat and getting consistent exercise, i’ve lost 25 lbs and i’m down to a size 4!

I finally got down to 130. The problem is I’m not happy with it. I guess I’m just going to have to keep going until I feel comfortable in my body.
